Price-tag for the Most Expensive Home in Vancouver (and the country): $39.9-million

According to Century 21 Canada, a 5.44 acre property, located on West Vancouver’s Camelot Avenue, is the most expensive home in metro Vancouver - and, in fact, in all of Canada. According to Century 21’s website, the land-only cost is $25 million, but also includes a 21,000 square foot home, negative-edge pool, 15-car garage, and its own movie theatre.

The property has yet to sell.
