Most Livable, Least Drivable?

According to statistics released by ICBC, the Lower Mainland has some of the highest road test failure rates in B.C. Other cities in Metro Vancouver returned similar results, with Burnaby and Surrey’s failure rates at 31%, Richmond’s at 27%, and Chilliwack’s at 34%.

With the exception of Prince George, all B.C. cities outside of the Lower Mainland have a failure rate of less than 20%.
