According to TransLink’s published Service Guidelines, 90% of urban dwellers and employees should be able to walk to a bus stop in 450 metres or less. Urban areas are defined by TransLink as areas having more than 15 residents per hectare (10,000 square metres), or more than 20 jobs per the same measure.
